Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Eligible Reasons for Return We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Not satisfied with the product — If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly accept a return within 14 days.  
  • Damaged or defective item — If your item arrived damaged or defective through no fault of your own, we will accept a return or exchange at no cost to you.
  • Large or oversized items (including outdoor furniture, bird baths, and statues) are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking upon return.

Non-Eligible Returns We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation or have been used. All returns must be in same packaging or packaged in a safe proper box or sealed envelope. All handmade artisan items are not eligible for return. 

Customers are responsible for returning items in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Items must be securely boxed to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
